Val d'Isere - Espace Killy

Considered one of the most famous resorts in the world, Val d’Isere as a resort and ski area cannot be beaten. Linked to Tignes and forming the Espace Killy, the ski area covers a massive 300km of terrain

Formally considered a more advanced ski area, the resort has in recent years done a lot to improve the options offered for beginners and families

Aside from free beginners lifts and slopes on the main snow front, there is also a new beginners area at the top of the Solaise lift which is proving extremely popular and allows lower level skiiers to get up the mountain quicker yet still be learning on easy slopes

For intermediate and advanced skiiers, there are an infinite number of blues, reds, many blacks and also a well known off piste terrain. Skiing through the trees in le Fornet with a guide after a powder day just cannot be beaten. The snow park on the Bellevarde side offers great options too for snowboarders and skiiers alike.
